Excerpt: ...profits that shall arise by reason of the same; to have and to hold the same lease and the rents and profits thereof unto my said loving wife, Katherine Elletson, for and during the term of her natural life, she paying the rents and performing the covenants contained in the same lease on my part to be performed, the remainder of the years that shall be to come from and after the death and decease of my said wife and the rents and profits that shall arise by reason of the same I give and bequeath unto my said kinsman Robert Elletson, son of my said brother Robert Elletson, and the issue of his body lawfully begotten. And if it shall fortune my said kinsman to die and depart this life before the expiration of the term of years in the said lease granted having no issue of his body lawfully begotten then living that then I give and bequeath the said lease and the benefit and profits thereof arising unto his brother William Elletson, his executors and assigns.
